Directions

  1. Toast almonds at 350 for about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Combine all other ingredients and season with Trocomare or Herbamare if you have it; otherwise salt and pepper are fine. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Serve with lettuce leaves for gluten-free version or with croissants or whole wheat crackers. Garnish with almonds.
